Sharon demonstrates how to make this delicious and extraordinary cold proved and aged pizza. 

Created by Italian pizza maestro, Gabrielle Bonci who is described by US Vogue as, ‘The Michaelangelo of Pizza’

Sharon is the first chef in the UK to demonstrate Bonci’s fabulous pizza.  

It’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted or seen before!

She uses a special strain of dried yeast used only in the beer making process.  You can’t buy this yeast in the supermarket.

The pizza uses  fabulous Italian flour used by pizza maestros.  

You can try your hand at mindful kneading and sample the delights of this delicious  pizza during the event.

There’s plenty to go round.  Come with an appetite.
